A professional corporation is one or more regulated health professionals practising the profession that they are registered to practise as a representative of a corporation. Regulated health professionals are permitted to incorporate for the purpose of practising a health profession, provided that they obtain certificates of authorization from their respective health profession colleges.

Annual renewal

A certificate of authorization must be renewed during the renewal period (July 1 – August 31). To renew your certificate of authorization, complete the renewal form and mail it to the College, along with the required renewal fee.
