Peer Circles

At COKO, we recognize that opportunities for Registered Kinesiologists to connect and collaborate support learning, knowledge exchange, and the delivery of safe, effective, and patient/client-centered care. That understanding is what led to the creation of the Peer Circle Program.

What are Peer Circles?

Peer Circles offer Registered Kinesiologists the opportunity to connect in small, virtual groups to discuss real-world issues, share experiences, and work through case studies relevant to their practice. These sessions provide a collaborative space for professional growth, skill development, and networking.

Participating in Peer Circles

Each Peer Circle is a safe, confidential forum—part of the Quality Assurance Program—where you can speak candidly about challenges you face in your work. A trained facilitator, who is also a registered kinesiologist, will guide the group through problem-solving discussions and case-based learning.

Through participation, you’ll strengthen key competencies such as communication, collaboration, and critical thinking. You can use your Portfolio to track your progress and participation. If you are interested, please complete both the application form and the Peer Circles Poll below:
