Committees

Committees play a vital role in supporting the work of Council. Each Council member serves on at least two committees. These committees are made up of Council members, Registered kinesiologists who are not members of Council, and non-Registered Kinesiologist external members.

There are two types of Committees:

Together, these committees help ensure COKO operate effectively and in alignment with the public protection mandate.

Protecting the public takes a collective effort. COKO’s work depends on the active participation of Registered Kinesiologists and members of the public. Getting involved is a great way to build leadership skills, support the well-being of your community, and expand your professional network.
