COKO hosts first Council meeting at new office
Over the two-day session, Council members participated in essential training to reinforce their understanding of public protection, governance best practices, and Council oversight. In addition to this foundational learning, Council also addressed key regulatory matters and made important decisions in support of the College’s public protection mandate.
Meeting highlights included:
- Appointment of the auditor
- Review and amendment of by-laws and policies
- Approval of the 2025–2026 Risk Management Plan
- Election of Council Officers
- Approval of the 2025–2026 Committee Slate
