Results of the 2026 election period

From May 8- May 23, 2026, kinesiologists in Districts 3 & 6 were able to put forward nominations for election to Council.

After the close of the nomination period in May, Susan Garfat and Alyssa King were re-elected to Council by acclamation, each for three-year terms.

Susan and Alyssa re-join a Council composed of kinesiologists and public members appointed by the Ontario Government. Council is the College’s board of directors. Council sets the College’s strategic and policy direction, and makes decisions that protect and promote the public interest. Learn more about Council.
