Charles Lammam -

Charles Lammam is a leader with extensive experience at the intersection of economics, public policy, government, business, and non-profits. He most recently served as Vice-President of Public Policy & Public Affairs for a major professional regulator overseeing 100,000+ members, leading government relations and developing a policy advocacy program. Charles has also worked in the Ontario government as Executive Director of Policy & Budget at the Ministry of Finance, advising two Ministers and the Premier on fiscal and economic policy. He also directed policy for the Minister of Health. Over his career, Charles has been a thought leader on fiscal and economic issues, working with think tanks, authoring 100+ policy reports and 450+ articles, and testifying before parliamentary committees and government panels. He holds a MA in Public Policy and a BA in Economics. Charles brings strategic leadership, GR/regulatory expertise, and a commitment to good governance to his public service.
