Frank is a partner in MNP’s Burlington office and a long-standing advisor to private enterprise owners looking to grow, protect, and elevate their businesses. With more than three decades of experience working with entrepreneurs, he brings a practical mindset and forward-looking approach to strategic planning, tax matters, and decisions that shape both business performance and personal net worth.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in finance from Western University and became a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1991. Frank also holds the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from The Directors College at McMaster University. His commitment to governance and community includes service on several private and public boards, such as the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Gift Planning Council and the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
