Peer Assessors

As a Peer Assessor, you will play a vital role in supporting professional excellence and lifelong learning within the kinesiology profession. COKO recruits Peer Assessors from Registered Kinesiologists who are committed to upholding high standards of practice and supporting the professional development of their peers. Peer Assessors are responsible for:

  • Reviewing patient/client records
  • Meeting one-on-one with Registered Kinesiologists to conduct behaviour-based interviews
  • Assessing practice using the College’s competencies, standards, and guidelines
  • Preparing a clear, constructive report outlining strengths and opportunities for improvement
